Project Type: Residential New Build

 

This residence was designed to juxtapose the five storey brewery tower that dominates the historic site. This project is a modern contemporary interpretation that sits harmoniously within the lanscape and incorporates environmentally sustainable principles, low embodied energy materials and energy efficient solutions such as recycled building materials, thermal mass, passive heating and cooling, and rainwater harvesting.
